What the products teach us
Running AnyLogo means we carry the pager. Cache strategy, abuse handling, the cost of a careless query — none of it is theoretical, and all of it lands in client work the same week we learn it.
About
Most software companies pick one side. Running both is deliberate: operating our own products keeps us honest about what production really costs, and hard client builds keep us sharp about problems we would never have picked ourselves.
Running AnyLogo means we carry the pager. Cache strategy, abuse handling, the cost of a careless query — none of it is theoretical, and all of it lands in client work the same week we learn it.
Enterprise builds put us in front of constraints no side project generates: real compliance, real legacy, real scale. Those lessons end up in the products.
The people who design the system write the code and operate it. No handoffs to a delivery team that was not in the room.
AI features ship with evals. Infrastructure ships with budgets. If we cannot measure whether it works, we do not claim that it does.
We say no to work we are wrong for, and we say when AI is not the answer. A short honest no is cheaper for everyone than a long polite yes.
